Jobs Our Pups Are Bred For

Breeding Labradors Built for a Life of Purpose

Bred for Purpose

Selectively bred from health-tested, working-line parents for assistance, scent detection, and performance roles.

Raised with Care

Every pup is raised with ENS and ESI, sound desensitisation, and an enriched start building the temperament Assistance Dog work demands.

Since 2007, we’ve bred Dogs Australia registered Labradors selected for temperament, drive, and the focus that working roles demand. Every pup is health-tested, DNA-profiled, and raised in an enriched environment — ready to settle into a home or step into service.

Bringing a Tapua PupHome Your Preparation Checklist

A Tapua pup is a long-term commitment, especially when destined for working roles. Here’s what to have in place before your puppy comes home — so the transition is smooth for them, and confident for you.

Trainer Engaged

For assistance dog prospects, a qualified trainer or training organisation must be engaged before your pup leaves us. We'll connect with them from week four.

Home Set Up

Crate, bedding, food and water bowls, leads, enrichment toys, and a safe, puppy-proofed space to settle into during those first critical weeks.

Realistic Expectations

We don't guarantee a pup will pass Public Access Tests or working assessments. We do guarantee the strongest possible foundation — the rest is partnership.

Enquiry Submitted

Submit your enquiry through RightPaw or contact us directly. Assistance dog buyers are given priority, and we'll discuss your needs before any commitment.
